Weekly World News' Election Coverage
While all you elitists were getting your election news from the New York Times, MSNBC, and the Huffington Post, the Weekly World News was providing some excellent coverage for us REAL Americans. They were the ones who broke the story on Sarah Palin's extraterrestrial roots:

What did you think was under that beehive?
When you think about it, it seems obvious. Who else but an alien could be so bad at Earth geography?
I wish I had been following their coverage through the whole election season. But really, I'm just glad this whole thing is over. I don't have a TV, so I wandered down to a local bar to watch the speeches. I never really supported either candidate, but, like everyone else, I became increasingly disappointed by McCain's campaign. I felt like he was better than that. I never would have voted for him, but I never thought I'd see him go so low. I never thought he'd actually inspire me to vote against him. His classy, gracious concession speech, though, was redemptive. I felt like this alien:
Well, not really. But thanks, Weekly World News, for bringing us the real news!
